At Faith Works By Love, every devotional, journal, and prayer resource is crafted with intention, prayed over, and released to strengthen daughters and sons of grace. Because our products are created through print‑on‑demand manufacturing and instant digital delivery, our return and refund policy reflects the unique nature of how each item is produced.

We want your experience to be peaceful, clear, and full of honor. Below is our gentle, boutique‑style policy for both physical and digital products.


🌿 Physical Books (Printed & Fulfilled by Lulu Direct)

All physical books in our shop are printed one‑at‑a‑time through our manufacturing partner, Lulu Direct. This means each book is created specifically for your order.

✨ Eligible for Replacement or Refund

If your book arrives with any of the following issues, we will joyfully replace it at no cost:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Manufacturing defects (ink issues, misaligned pages, missing pages)

  • Binding defects

  • Incorrect book printed

  • Lost or undelivered orders

Email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of what happened

Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or refund.

🌸 Not Eligible for Return

Because each book is printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or format

  • Disliking the content

  • Shipping delays are outside our control.

💻 Digital Downloads (Delivered via FileMonk)

Digital products-including devotionals, journals, worksheets, and guides- are delivered instantly through FileMonk at checkout.

✨ Digital Items Are Non‑Refundable

Because digital files cannot be “returned,” all digital purchases are final sales.

However, we are always here to help if:

  • Your download link isn’t working.

  • You didn’t receive your file.

  • You need your download resent

  • You’re having trouble opening the file.

Just reach out, and we’ll make sure you receive everything you purchased.
