Each day follows a Scripture-centered rhythm:

READ — Read the day's Scripture in context.
RECEIVE — Let the Word become stronger than fear, pressure, memory, or appearances.
REFLECT — Respond honestly without performance or self-condemnation.

The Five Prayer Words
